License Terms

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

LessonCraftStudio grants you a license to use its worksheet generators and generated content based on your purchase:

• Free Use: All generators are free to use with a watermark. Output is for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Paid Products (One-Time Purchase): Full commercial rights. Create unlimited content and sell on any platform — Etsy, Amazon KDP, Teachers Pay Teachers, or your own store. No attribution required.

• License Key Activation: Paid products are activated with a license key tied to the email address used at purchase. Each license key is for one user.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You own the worksheets and content you create using our generators. We retain rights to the platform, software, source code, and image library. Generated content is licensed per Section 1.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
  • Create competing worksheet generator services using our platform or assets
  • Share, transfer, or resell your license key to another person
  • Remove or circumvent watermarks on free-tier output
  • Use generated content for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes

4. COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION

Print-on-Demand Rights: Paid license holders may sell unlimited copies of generated content through print-on-demand platforms (Amazon KDP, Lulu, IngramSpark, etc.).

Digital Distribution: Paid license holders may sell digital downloads of generated content on any platform (Etsy, Gumroad, Teachers Pay Teachers, personal websites, etc.). No royalties or attribution required.

5. TERMINATION

We may terminate your license for breach of these terms with 30 days written notice. Content created before termination remains licensed for continued use and sale.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee fitness for a specific purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Stockholm district courts.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via email or website announcement. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.
